Annual interest for late payment is calculated at 59% after the original due date of the loan. You may also incur an overdraft charge from your bank. The best way to avoid making late payments is have sufficient funds in your bank account on your payment due date. FaxLessPaydayLoan.ca has agreements with third party collections agencies, authorizing them to collect on delinquent accounts. Accounts may be settled for less than the amount actually owing, at the discretion of the collection agency.
If a pre-authorized withdrawal is returned for any of reason you will be charged an NSF fee of $50 from FaxLessPaydayLoan.ca. You may also incur an overdraft charge from your bank.
